  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Corn tortillas for serving
  • Toppings: diced onions, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, salsa, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, dried oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both portions of the pork shoulder.
